This class involves time spent observing and absorbing your visual
environment, then doing some quick exercises in both paper and fabric to
give you hands-on experience with what you have learned. The
difference between taking this class and simply buying a book is the
feedback you will get from the instructor and the things you will learn from
your interaction with the other students.
