Supply List
Jane Was Nuts
Carol Miller, Instructor
One part of finished Jane Was Nuts quilt. Notice that the blank blocks are quilted in block outlines
This class can easily be done with scraps. In fact, we will discuss the common sizes you can start cutting all your leftovers into so you will be ready to whip out some Jane Was Nuts blocks whenever you feel like it. These blocks make wonderful small quilts, as well as vests, jackets, tote bags, hot mats - all those things that big blocks tend to overwhelm.
In addition, you need:
Helpful but not essential: graph paper, 4 squares to the inch OR computer program such as Electric Quilt, so you can play with design possibilities
Shadows Around
This is one Jane Was Nuts block, rotated to form the tessellating design. The quilt top is 21" square.
