Nancy is a wonderful teacher, every step is well explained and she even tells us how our first attempt will turn out. She gets to the essentials, no burnt fingers with freezer papers, no little slits that you always cut at the wrong place, no thread around pins. My friends knew how appliqué was a mystery for me. When I tell them the way I learnt, they have a good laugh but when they see my work they can't believe their eyes. MH, Canada
